Infant Adelynn Renee Carter was born and passed away Friday, July 19, 2019 at the Family Birthplace at DeKalb Health. Adelynn is the daughter of Joni Eicher and Jeremy Carter, both of Ashley. Also surviving are her siblings, Daniel Powell; Lilli Powell; and Leigha Powell; grandparents, Anita (Adam) Neeley; Gary Eicher, Sr.; Thomas Keller; and Lori Carter. Memorial visitation is from 1 – 3 PM Friday, July 26, 2019 at Hockemeyer Miller Funeral Home 6131 St. Joe Rd. Fort Wayne, IN with a balloon release at 3 PM.
