He is preceded in death by his wife, Lucia Solis, son Jaime Solis, father and mother, Esteban Solis and Emilia Guerra, and brother, Jose Israel Solis.

He is survived by his sons, Alfredo (Perla) Espinoza, Leoncio Solis Jr., Juan (Lori) Solis, Daniel (Lisa) Solis. Daughters, Frances (Johnny) Charles, Yolanda Najar. Sisters, Ofelia B. Gonzalez, Lilia Lozano, Eloisa S. Cantu, Yolanda Gonzalez, Dora Hurtado, Adelita (Santos) Gomez. Brother, Roberto (Ninfa) Gonzalez.

Visitation will be held today, Friday, May 15, 2015 beginning at 3 p.m. and will continue until 9 p.m., with a prayer service to begin at 6 p.m., at Funeraria Del Angel Chapel. A Holy Mass will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 1:00 pm at St. Francis Xavier, La Feria, Texas. Interment will follow at Solis Cemetery on Old Solis Rd, La Feria, Texas.
