He was born May 6, 1944 in Corozal, Puerto Rico; he was the son of the late Diego Declet and Cristobalina Rios.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Felicita Declet Rios; 3 daughters, Evelyn Morales, Maria Declet Turner and Felicita Navas; a son, Angel Declet Jr; 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, Andre Declet, William Declet and Felix Declet; and a sister, Josefina Declet.
A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday, January 26, 2018 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1439 Market St., Harrisburg. Burial will follow in William Howard Day Cemetery.
