Darlene R. Moore

Born September 20, 1943, in Harrisburg, PA, she was the daughter of Randall Saunders and Susan Snyder. She was a retired state employee of the Aids Intervention Program.

Darlene was a graduate of William Penn High School, Harrisburg Area Community College, and Penn State University of Harrisburg. She was a faithful member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and was a member of the PA Prison Society.

She was preceded in death by her son, Randall Moore and is survived by her children, Larry, Sheree, Leslie, and Lynn Moore, all of Harrisburg; one sister, Patricia Harris of Pittsburgh; 1 niece and 1 nephew; and a host of grandchildren.

A visitation will be held 6-8 pm, on Wednesday, November 10, 2010, in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg, and at 10:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am, on Thursday, November 11, 2010, at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 1099 Highspire Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
