George D. Bechtel

He was born December 24, 1928 in Harrisburg; he was the son of the late George D. and Anna M. (Enders) Bechtel; and preceded in death by his wife, Shirley (Maxwell) Bechtel; and his sister, Betty Windeker, sister Emily Manum, niece Betty Lorraine Boyer

He is survived by his wife, Donna L. (Liddick) Bechtel; 3 daughters, Alex Weiant, her companion, Tammy Smith, of Carlisle, and Robin Smith, husband, Dan, of Mt. Aetna; Kim Eberly, husband, Brett of Newmanstown, a son, Jeffery Engehart, fiancé, Heidi Sherman, of Harrisburg; a sister Anna Hickes, of Harrisburg, a nephew, Roy Manum, wife, Vivian, of Harrisburg; a niece, Sarah Long, husband, Bill, of Harrisburg; a nephew Mike and Kenneth Boyer, several great nieces and nephews, several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Graveside Services will be held at 9:45 am on April 4th, 2013 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Leukemia Lymphoma Society and Diabetic Society.
