John N. Hutchinson Jr.

John N. "Jack" Hutchinson, Jr., 69, of Harrisburg, PA passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015 surrounded by his family. He was a U.S. Air Force Vietnam Veteran. He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion. He enjoyed golfing, deer hunting, fishing, reading, and sports. "Hutch" loved golf with his buddies on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a good cigar and conversation with friends at the cigar shop lounge. During his last round of golf he scored a hole-in-one!

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on December 28, 1945 to the late John N. Hutchinson, Sr. and Mary (Daubert) Hutchinson. He is survived by his wife, Kum Ye (Desin) Hutchinson; his brother, Jeffrey Hutchinson; his four children, Stacie (Hutchinson) Shreffler and husband Colin Shreffler of Castle Rock, CO, Jennifer (Hutchinson) Bucher and husband Brian Bucher of Harrisburg, PA, David Hutchinson and wife Ashleigh Hillier of Chelmsford, MA, and Amy Hutchinson of Harrisburg, PA. He was preceded in death by his brother James Hutchinson. Jack was a loving and generous grandfather of nine grandchildren, Garrett, Jacob, Ethan, Kyle, Macy, Owen, Eva, Alex, and Stella. "Pop Pop" will be remembered for his funny "Grandpa Jokes".

Visitation will be Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Neill Funeral Home 3501 Derry St. Harrisburg. Burial with full military honors will be at 2:30 at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
