Jose' Manuel Delgado De Lapaz, 48, of Harrisburg, passed away Friday, January 13, 2023, in Hershey Medical Center. Born December 23, 1974, in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of Jose' A. Delgado and the late Dalia De Lapaz.

He is survived by his wife of seventeen years, Liz Blanco, two sons, Jose' M. Delgado, Jr. and Jomar Blanco; two daughters, Lizmar Ayala and Angelys Ayala; his father, Jose' A. Delgado, two sisters, Catherine Delgado and Judith Delgado,, his brother, Jose' Antonio Delgado, and four grandchildren, Ivangel Luciano, Adalena Blanco, Thiago Andre' Delgado, and Jesiah Polaneo.

A viewing will be held Saturday, January 21, 2023, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, at Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg.
