Jose L. Toro

Born on May 23, 1987 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Jean and Rafael Toro.

Jose was an adventurous, outgoing, and fun-loving son, brother, father, uncle and friend to many. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, cars and being outdoors.

His love for his family was extraordinary, remarkable, and unparalleled. This sentiment was exemplified by his devoted compassion and caring actions towards his family and friends. Jose’s main concern in life was always the happiness and well-being of his daughters, mother, and family.

Surviving are his mother, father and four daughters, Joanyse, Monica, Yazlene, and Jalyana. He is also survived by two brothers, Luis and Franco; three sisters, Rosie, Michelle, and Catherine; four nephews, 8 nieces, one great nephew, and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Viewings will be held Thursday, August 27, 2015, from 6:00pm-8:00pm and Friday, August 28, 2015, from 9:30am-10:30am at Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 11:00 am, St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 1439 Market Street, Harrisburg; followed by burial at Resurrection Cemetery.
