Lori Ann Uhrich

Lori Ann Uhrich, 61, of New Cumberland, passed away July 19, 2025, in Harrisburg Hospital. Born October 3, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Owen Roosevelt and Judith Mae (Brickner) Doxsey, Jr. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Johnathan Hart on December 22, 2015, and Michael Hart on April 11, 2020. She is survived by her granddaughter, Michele Hart, and companion, Ray Schweitzer.

Lori was a graduate of York Suburban High School and a member of New Cumberland First Church of God. In addition to her roles of “Mom” and “Gram,” Lori worked in clerical and transportation positions before driving a school bus in order to spend more time with Michele. Lori was an avid animal lover who also loved bees, sunflowers, and most of all, her family & friends. Her stories, laughter, and positivity will be missed by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 9, 2025, at 11:00 am, at New Cumberland First Church of God, 323 Reno Ave, New Cumberland, PA, followed by a luncheon in the church.
