Patrick Marko Wilson, age 32, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021. He was born on November 26, 1989, in Washington D.C., and raised in Chambers Hill, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, with his loving family. He attended St. Catherine Labouré School and Bishop McDevitt High School, where he played soccer and lacrosse.
Surviving are his parents, Thomas Patrick and Danielle Marie Wilson; sisters, Emma Ann and Anna Marie Wilson; and his grandparents Andrew and Janet Marko. He was preceded in death by his, paternal grandparents James Robert and Kathleen Ryan Wilson; and maternal grandmother, Beatrice Ann “Gaga” Marko.
Patrick was a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business, class of 2012, and had a successful career working as a consultant with Accenture in Philadelphia, PA and a Systems Integration Analyst with JPMorgan Chase, Wilmington, Delaware.
Patrick loved the outdoors, including rafting with friends on the Swatara Creek, fishing with his grandfather, and hunting with his dad. He was an avid runner, having completed numerous 5ks, half marathons, Ragnar Relays, and the Philadelphia Marathon. He was always up for an adventure and loved to travel the U.S. and abroad. Patrick also enjoyed reading and gardening. He was truly kind and compassionate and he brought joy to those around him. His sense of caring for others will forever live in our hearts.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM, Monday, January 3, 2022, at St. Catherine Labouré Catholic Church, 4000 Derry St, Harrisburg, PA 17111. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Sunday, January 2, 2022, in Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St, Harrisburg, PA 17111.
