Shirley Ruth Correll

Born January 19, 1944 in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Alice (Nizart) Torcia.

Shirley is survived by her husband, Robert S. Correll Jr; two sons, Thomas Correll (Tammie), of Harrisburg and Michael Correll (Sara Beth), of Hershey; her daughter, Jennifer Rife, of Harrisburg; 8 grandchildren, Nathan Correll (Brandy), of Anchorage, AK, Joel Correll (Alex), of Camp Hill, Ambyr Correll, Bella Correll, Luca Correll, Andrew Rife, Joshua Rife and Katherine Rife; great-grandchildren, McKenzie, Madison, Skyler and Sophia; and her sister, Beverly Banks, of Reading.

Shirley worked as an Attendance Secretary at the Dauphin County Vo-Tech School, with 15 years of service; she was also employed by Phillips Office Supply for 5 years and Tristan & Associates for 6 years.

Funeral Service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 26, 2020 in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. A viewing will be held from 10:00 AM Friday until the time of the service at the funeral.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
