Steven Ricker

Steve grew up in Passaic, New Jersey, the son of the late Donald and Maxine Ricker. He was a retired mechanic at Hasbro, a World War II Army Veteran, and a Mason at the Mountain View Lodge No. 252. Steve enjoyed collecting coins, doing jigsaw puzzles, making applesauce, eating peanut butter crackers, and laughing with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michele Ricker, and his older sister, Carolyn. He is survived by his wife, Mary; his sister, Stephanie Meinking of Myrtle Beach, SC; his nephew, Craig Meinking of Elmira, NY; his niece, Paula Wale of Pine Bush, NY; his grandchildren, Jeff Stickle of Harrisburg, and Heather Barnes and her husband Terry of Shippensburg; and two great-grandchildren, Malakhi and Dante.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30am on Tuesday, March 26th, 2013, at Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg, PA 17111. Burial will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Harrisburg. Viewing will be from 10:30am until time of service.
