Born March 21,1953 in Harrisburg, he was the son of the late James and Elma (Frye) Connelly; and preceded in death by his brother, James Connelly.
Surviving is his wife of 43 years, Debra M. (Franco) Connelly; son, John M. Connelly and his wife, Kelly; granddaughter, Genevieve H. Connelly; and three sisters, Kim Haddock, Lynn Speck and Ginny Bowman.
Tim was a retired supervisor for the New Cumberland Army Depot, with 42 years of service and a U.S. Navy veteran onboard the USS Seattle (AOE-3) during the Vietnam War (71-75).
He was a member of St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church.
Tim was an avid reader and historian. He cherished spending time with his family, especially with his granddaughter.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 20, 2025 at St. Catherine Laboure Catholic Church, 4000 Derry St., Harrisburg. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery. A visitation will be from 10:00 AM Saturday until the time of the service at the church.
