
A daughter of the late Lee and Julia Vandevander, she was born on February 7, 1916 in Franklin, WV. She was a sewing machine operator for Metro Pants in Harrisonburg for many years before retiring in 1980. Beulah was a lifelong member of the Mt. Crawford United Methodist Church; and was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed working her vegetable and flower gardens.
Beulah was married and preceded in death by her husbands, Arthur Cook in 1974 and Leonard Will in 2004. Surviving from her first marriage are two grandsons, James Snyder and his wife, Janet, of Lehighton, PA; and Craig Snyder and his wife, Nicole, of Grantville, PA; three great-granddaughters, Christina, Joelle, and Ellyana; and one great-grandson, Cameron; and one brother, Bruce Vandevander of Harrisonburg. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ellener Snyder.
Surviving from her second marriage are three daughters, Lois Baker of Weyers Cave; Judy Whisman of Harrisonburg and Audrey Rexrode of Keezletown; four sons, James Will of Elkton; Dwight Will of New Market; Charles Will of Harrisonburg and Ronald Will of Grottoes; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am on Friday, March 9th, at Mt. Crawford United Methodist Church followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Rev. Helen Zottoli will conduct the service and burial will follow in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
