Cam Arbogast

A son of the late Marlin and Ethel Sponaugle Arbogast, he was born on Sept. 28, 1927 in Circleville, WV. He attended Circleville High School and in 1942 joined the Merchant Marines for 12 years. Mr. Arbogast was a farmer and livestock dealer.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Miller Arbogast; three sons, Tom Arbogast and his wife, Lisa, of Lancaster, PA; Steve Arbogast and his wife, Bobbie, of Broadway; Bart Arbogast and his wife, Kim, also of Broadway; one step-son, Terry Miller and his wife, Angela, of New Market; seven grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. He also leaves one brother Merl Arbogast of Palm Coast, FL and two sisters, Genevieve Bland of Palm Coast, FL and Pauline Warner of Strongsville, Ohio. He was preceded in death by a brother, Mike Arbogast and a sister, Jearline Minga.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 Tuesday afternoon, May 6, 2014 from the Chapel of the Lindsey Harrisonburg Funeral Home. Interment will be private. Pastor Wayne Wright will conduct the services.
