Neil was born into a Navy family in Monterey, CA and grew up on the East Coast. He enjoyed wrestling, and the Boy Scouts, becoming an Eagle Scout at 18.
Neil graduated from the University of Richmond as an honors student, earning a degree in Economics, Math, and was only three credits shy of a third degree in Physics. He enjoyed a successful business career.
He loved being in Dallas with his friends. A life lived well and gone too soon. He will be greatly missed.
Neil is survived by his mother, Betty, sister, Elizabeth, Brother-in-law Bo and beloved nephew, Kyle.
