My condolences to the Harrold family.  Pat used to be a golf buddy at Shenvalee.  I did some golf club repair for Pat.  He was fun to be around and I enjoyed playing golf with him.  RIP Pat.

Pat and I became Buddies quickly as kids. We both played baseball for the Pure Peppers of Strasburg in Little League. From then on we were always happy to see each other and be together. I remember how long we talked and shared a few drinks when Carol passed away. I will miss this good friend of about 65 years. I hope he will be happy when he and Carol are together again and say hello to my family and friends in Heaven...RIP ...."Ole buddy"

I looked forward to Pat’s day off on Wednesdays.  We’d play golf then have lunch at the Eagles and shoot pool, which he was very good at.  Some Wednesdays we’d travel to Winchester to visit his brother, Chuck.  After our adventures, Vonnie would always have supper ready for us.  Pat always wanted to know where I’d be playing music and he’d usually show up.  Just before Christmas I stopped in to check on Pat at his business only to find out he had sold it after many years and I’m sorry I didn’t follow up with him.  Over the last few years we’ve both slowed down and I will miss our adventures and will always remember our friendship.

Pat was a great friend of mine and always very helpful to me on industry matters. He eased my entry into the Virginia manufactured housing meeting and always attended mine in West Virginia. He was fond of telling me that he had worked and lived for a long time in the Mountain State. He was perpetually in a good mood and I counted him as a good friend. I was blessed to have shared the same air as he did. I hope you take comfort in many happy memories.

Pat and I were friends and foes  for many years. We used to go to the Moose and Eagles quite often.  We argued a lot, laughed and poked fun at each other. We were called Partners in Crime ( Right , Dawn? I'm gonna miss the Ol' Boy.)

I have been a friend of Pat's for 40 years.  Worked with him, and lunched with him off and on for that time.
Pat and I played golf just about every Wednesday for  about 10 years at The Shenvalee.  He gave me instructions just about every Wednesday for about 10 years.    That was just his makeup.  
I think he will have a spot in heaven where he can be the boss of.  That is just his makeup.
I can count only 3 friends in my life who, if I called, would stop whatever they were doing and be there for me.  Pat was one.  He proved it many times.

So sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories of Pat. One that has always stuck with me ...on my birthday (new years eve.) Pat , Carroll and my mom and dad would go out for new years celebration.  One of their kids would babysit us 3. I can see him walking down the stairs (drink in hand)..he would look at me and say.. that's right it's your birthday. He would open his wallet and give me 5 dollars with a grin. Many memories at the Harrold pool and the  Hardy Able Hunt Club with him also. I will miss him. Love all of yal. - Brian Williams (Briano)
