He was born on May 20, 1953 in Richwood, WV, and was the son of the late Robert Lilly and Alice K. McClung Lilly.
Randy served as a speech, English and drama professor for several years, at Blue Ridge Community College, and was a lifelong patron of the arts.
He is survived by one brother, George Lilly.
A celebration of his life will be held at The Golden Pony in Downtown Harrisonburg, Tuesday, March 8, 2022, from 7-9 pm.
