

She was born on November 24, 1918 in Harrisonburg and was the daughter of the late Hunter and Rebecca Reid Driver.
Mrs. Woody lived her entire life in the Harrisonburg area; she was a member of the United Church of Christ. In 1971 she retired from Rockingham Poultry in Timberville.
Her husband, Henry Gilbert Woody, preceded her in death in 1983.
She is survived by a son, Hunter Gilbert Woody and his wife, Amy Woody of Sherwood, AR; two daughters, Marilyn Fultz and husband, Larry of Bonita Springs, FL, Natalie Miller and husband, Glenn of Winchester; three granddaughters, Dawn Baramki of Bonita Springs, FL, Suzanne Woody of Little Rock, AR; Stacey Rowe and husband, Anthony of Winchester, four great-grandchildren, Natalie, Nicole, Landric, and Luke Rowe all of Winchester; two step-children, James F. Miller and Wendy Floriani; five step-great-grandchildren, Jamye, Jacob, Emilye Miller, Ben and Grant Floriani.
Mrs. Woody was preceded in death by a son, Ned Woody in 2010, and a brother, Marvin Driver in 1981.
The family will receive friends 10-11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 5, at Bethlehem United Church of Christ at Tenth Legion. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, with Rev. David Kite officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery (next to the church).
