He was born on January 27, 1939 in Washington, DC and was the son of the late Wilbur Clark, Sr. and Anna Louise Tallbot Clark.
On October 15, 1961 he married Joan Mohler Clark, who survives.
He is also survived by a son David Clark and wife, Arunie of Sterling, VA; a daughter, Melinda Caplinger and husband, Stacey of Timberville; one grandchild, Aiden Clark; and two brothers, Larry Clark of Falls Church and Don Clark and wife, Jill of Amherst, VA; a sister-in-law, Linda Clark of Nokesville, VA; and two nephews, Robert and Joseph Clark.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Clark.
Mr. Clark will be cremated at Lindsey Funeral Homes and Crematory. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
