Barbara Ann Clark was born in Monroe, MI on July 3, 1954. She was one of 5 children from the union of Edward and Anna Lee (Tinnel) Clark. She attended Monroe High School, graduating in 1974.
Barb married the love of her life Marvin Dale Williams Sr in Newport MI on July 15, 1972. Together they were blessed with three children. She worked for King Liquidators, Hills Dept Stores and her last job was with Macomb Residential where she cared for mentally disabled adults. She had to medically retire in 2011 and moved to Columbus MS.
Barb enjoyed reading books, drinking coffee and cooking. She spent most of her time in the kitchen, she had a passion for cooking. She could make a full course meal with the very few ingredients and it would usually feed an army. Above anything, family was of the utmost importance to Barb. She was well loved by many and will be missed by all.
Barbara Ann Williams, age 66, of Ethelsville, AL went home to be with the Lord on December 11, 2020. She had been in poor health for many years.
In addition to her passing, she is preceded in death by her loving husband Marvin of 46 years, father: Edward Clark, sister: Margo Pfeifer and grandson: Brandon Michael Gibson.
To cherish her memory, she leaves behind her children: Marvin Dale Williams Jr of Hot Springs, AR, Brenda (Jay) Gibson of Ethesville, AL, Christina (John) Cameron of Romulus, MI; mother: Anna Lee Clark of Monroe, MI; siblings Faye Messler, Vanessa (Steve) Longsworth both of Monroe, MI, Edward (Bonnie) Clark of Lambertville, MI, and Robin Sanderson and Pete McMillian of Hamilton, AL, cousins, who were more like a brother and sister; grandchildren: Trevor (Victoria) Gibson, Chelsea Gibson, Trey Smith, Meagan Williams and Cameron Williams; great granddaughter: Waverly Claire Gibson and several loving nieces and nephews.
Friends may gather from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, December 18, 2020 at Coffey Funeral Home, 150 Beech Street Harrogate TN, 37752, (423) 626-4274. A celebration of her life will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday Dec. 18, 2020, also at Coffey Funeral Home, with Stevie Longsworth of Washburn, TN officiating. Assisted by Steve Longsworth of Monroe, MI. Graveside services will be held at the Dobbs Family cemetery on Saturday December 19, 2020 at 11 am in Forge, TN. Condolences may be left for the family at Coffeyfh.com
