Opal Mae Evans

Opal Mae “Jack” Evans age 78 of Speedwell, TN was born May 17, 1934 and passed away June 4, 2012 at the Claiborne County Hospital. She was a long time member of Red Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her Husband, James S. Evans; Mother and Father, Arletta and Roy Leach; Sisters, Shelby Dean Clawson and Juanita Sweat.

She is survived by her Daughter: Sherry L. Evans
