Barbara was born on January 21, 1949 in Buffalo, NY. She was a talented cross stitcher and quilter. Barbara loved reading and spending time with "her girls". She retired from the University of Louisiana at Monroe as a librarian and assistant professor after over 20 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Betty Robson; husband, Larry Moore and brother, Gerald Smith.
Barbara is survived by her daughters, Sandi Stanley and Dorie Murray and husband Mark; son, Eddie Miller and wife Michelle; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; two brothers and one sister.
The family will celebrate her life in a private ceremony in the near future.
