Faye Rebecca “Becky” Buckley Lambert, 76, of Haughton, Louisiana, passed away surrounded by her loving family, Monday, June 19, 2023, in Shreveport, Louisiana. She was born on April 10, 1947, in Natchitoches, Louisiana, to Eran and Mildred Buckley. She worked in the mortgage title industry for many years and retired from Interstate Title in 2015. Becky enjoyed spending time with her family, particularly her beautiful grandchildren to who she was known as “Gran”. She had a love for gardening and tending to her backyard.
Becky was preceded in death by her parents; and sister; Pat Fredieu.
Left to cherish Becky’s beautiful memories will be her loving husband of almost 56 years; David Lambert, two daughters: Cathy Turner and husband Chris of Haughton, Louisiana, Amanda Wilson and husband Justin of Rockwall, Texas. She was a proud and loving Gran to six grandchildren who adored her: Logan, Hannah, Will, Abby, Lily, Landry, one great-granddaughter; Kallahan, one sister; Katherine Crocker, one brother; Eran Buckley and wife Mardell, along with many extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Memorials may be made in honor of Becky to her favorite charity; Bossier Counsel on Aging-706 Bearkat Drive, Bossier City, Louisiana, 71111, 318-741-8302.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 23, 2023 at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home, 601 Hwy 80, Haughton, Louisiana 71037 from 4:00 PM until the celebration of life service for Becky at 5:00 PM.
