Visitation will be held at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Turpin; father, Roneal Lee; mother, Beatrice Flurry Lee; brother, James H. Lee; and sister, Tressie Mae Lee Sayers.
She is survived by her son, Mike Turpin; daughter-in-law, Tammye Turpin; brother, Joe W. Lee; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
Betty was loved by all who knew her. She was always referred to as being the sweetest person you would ever meet or know. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to her Arbor of Ruston family. They provided comfort and care to Betty and the family, especially in her final days. Words cannot express our gratitude for all that was done in love and support of Betty. Thank You!!
