Bradley Allen Havard

He joins in Heaven his grandfathers David Monzingo and Harold Havard Jr.; and his uncle Bob Burleson.

Left to cherish Brad's memory is his wife, Carolyn Havard; son, Sawyer Havard; parents Jeff and Maria Havard; brother, Gavin Havard and wife Courtney; nephews Broox and Bentley Havard; nieces Ellie and Claire Havard, and Olivia Laurence; grandparents Freida Monzingo, and Jack and Alice Huffman; great-grandmother, Virginia Jones Haynes Benson; great-aunt Vonnie Burleson; in-laws, Henry and Cindy Laurence; brother-in-law, Jake Laurence and wife Devon; uncle and aunt, JD and Lisa Monzingo; and his cousins.

Brad was known as "Bones" by those close to him. He fought a long battle with Marfan's Syndrome. He inspired all those around him with his warrior mentality and unwavering faith in God. Bradley continually honored and thanked God for his purpose. He beat his last heartbeat surrounded by friends and family, just as he wanted. His legacy will live on and continue to change the world. He is at peace and healed alongside God.

Honoring Brad as pallbearers will be Gavin Havard, Casey McCoy, Mitchell Millot, Clay Haynie, Chase Stepp and Bryant Hyden. Honorary pallbearers will be Minden Ativan Club, Trent Saucier, Justin Dowty, Caleb Smith, Jon Odom, Brandon Smith and Cory Stebbins.

The Family wishes to express their most sincere gratitude to: Joseph S Coselli, M.D. and Jose Gregorio Casar, M.D. and staff at Baylor St Luke's in Houston; Tina Tran at Baylor St. Luke's; Michael Walton, M.D and staff at Advanced Cardiovascular Specialists; Intensive Specialty Hospital and staff in Bossier; Bharat Guthikonda, M.D., nurses, and staff at LSU/Oschners, FACS, I.C.U., in Shreveport; Nero ICU at LSU hospital in Shreveport, and Balentine Ambulance, for their services.

In lieu of flowers a donation in Brad's honor may be made to the National Marfan Foundation or Shriners.

Services in his honor will begin with a Visitation December 17, 2023 between 4 pm and 6 pm at Hill Crest Memorial in Haughton. A Celebration of Life will be at 2:00 pm, December 18, 2023, within First Baptist Haughton.
