Cecile loved her job as a line supervisor with Lucent Technologies until retiring. After retirement she spent her time doing the things she enjoyed the most; gardening, and spending time with her husband and babies traveling. She was loved very much by her family and friends and will be missed.
Mrs. Humphrey was preceded in death by her first husband, Joe Humphrey. She is survived by her husband Robert; her two babies, Floppy Mae and Wild Child; two brother-in-laws, Gerald and Jerry Humphrey and their wives; sister-in-law, Peggy Putman and husband; as well as a number of nieces, nephews; great nieces and nephews; and friends.
Graveside services were held 2:30 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Hill Crest Memorial Park. Brother Andy Harris of Central Assembly of God officiated where Mrs. Humphrey was also a member.
