BOSSIER CITY, LA - A Memorial service for Chris Crouch will be held at First Baptist Haughton on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be held at Hill Crest Funeral Home on Monday, July 11, 2011 from 5:00-7:00.
He is survived by his four sons, who he dearly loved, Zachary and his wife, Meagan and their daughter, Macy, Chase, Michael and his special friend, Ashleigh, and Cody Crouch. He is also survived by his parents, Wade and Diane Crouch, the mother of his children, Kris Crouch, brother, James and wife Rhonda, and sister, Tammy Ewert and husband Jason, all of Bossier City, LA.
