Danny Lane Roton

Services will be held to celebrate the life of Danny Lane Roton at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jonathan Andrews officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, October 3, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Danny was born on October 1, 1964 in Shreveport, LA and passed away on September 29, 2022 in Haughton, LA. He was determined, hardworking, and a great example to his family. Danny was always working on or fixing something. He owned and operated Creative Construction for 36 years. He loved cooking out on Sundays with his family and was the Saints biggest fan. He was a strong believer in God and was confident of his destination to Heaven.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Joy Seeger Shelton; sister, Diane Chandler and brother, Russell Roton.

Danny is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Rhonda Roton; daughter, Priscilla Vigil and husband, Mike; sons, Ben Roton and fiancé Candice and Jacob Roton and wife Jordan; grandchildren, Michael Vigil, Victor Vigil, Trinity Vigil, Russell Dziedzic, Freya Dziedzic and a grandbaby on the way! He will be missed by his nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his beloved and loyal Doberman Jax, and English Bulldog Mac.

Pallbearers will be Christopher Miller, William Morton, Robert Morton, Kenneth Sapp, Bill Stevens and Paul Boyle. Honorary pallbearers will be Damon Gladney and Alex Anderson.
