Funeral services for Eric A. Medvedev, 38, will be held on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 10:00 AM in Hill Crest Memorial Chapel. The family will be receiving friends on Monday, April 5, 2010 from 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Hill Crest Funeral Home. Rev. Lynn Malone, Pastor of First United Methodist Church of Benton will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park.

Eric entered into rest on April 2, 2010 at the Promise Hospital, Bossier City, LA after a lengthy illness.

Eric lived in Haughton, LA since 1983 and was a graduate of Haughton High School and Louisiana Tech University. He was employed as General Manager for Chick-Fil-A, for the past 8 years. He was an active member of the Krewe of Centaur and an avid NASCAR fan when not on his jet ski.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Diane L. Medvedev.

He is survived by his wife, Kristina Medvedev; parents, Agu and Peggy Medvedev; sister, Kristin Landers (David); father and mother-in-law, Jim and Sue Morris; brother-in-law, Chris Morris (Rebecca) and two nephews, Ethan Eric Landers and Logan Alexander Morris and numerous family and friends.

Pallbearers will be: Deon Behrman, Ryan Richardson, Ken Ward, Shawn Lain, David Landers and John Roden.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. John Brady, Dr. Sylvia Noble and the physicians of Northwest Louisiana Nephrology; the staff of Willis Knighton Bossier Medical Center and Promise Rehabilitation Hospital.
