Frank A. Morgan was born November 22, 1940 in Greenville, South Carolina. He entered into rest March 5, 2024 in Bossier City, Louisiana. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, three brothers, and a daughter.
Left to cherish Franks wonderful memories are his wife of forty-two years, Mrs. Pat Morgan, four daughters; Lola, Charlotte, Amy, Cheryl, one son; Timothy, seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, two sisters, Kooter Russell (Tommy), Jean Griffin, one brother, Ray Morgan, along with many extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the ER department of Willis-Knighton Bossier and each of his doctors who provided care for him.

There will be a private family graveside service held on the grounds of Hill Crest Memorial Park, Haughton, Louisiana. There will be a Celebration of Life service held for Frank on April 13, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Belle Park Baptist Church, 13083 LA-157, Haughton, Louisiana 71037.
