Funeral services for MSgt. Kay C. Hibbard, USAF Ret. will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Bro. Harrell Shelton and Bro. Mike Dillingham officiating. Interment will be with military honors at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
Sgt. Hibbard was born July 22, 1932 in Salt Lake City, Utah to parents Elva (Mulliner) and Carroll Eldred Hibbard and passed away at his home in Bossier City December 11, 2014 following an extended illness. Following his retirement with twenty-four years from the USAF, Sgt. Hibbard worked twenty-three years with the U.S Postal service.
Sgt. Hibbard was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife Elizabeth Hibbard, two daughters, Cathy Hibbard and Cheryl Francis.
He is survived by his wife, Annette Hibbard, daughter, Cindy Green and husband Tom, two grandsons, Michael Francis and Matthew Green, and great granddaughter, Alicia Francis. He is also survived by his two brothers,Gary Hibbard and Elden Hibbard.
