

He married the love his life, his "Foreverything", Jessie Marie Campbell Credeur, December 7, 1996 in Vidalia, LA. He graduated from Rayne High School and from UTI in Houston, TX with a Bachelor's Degree in Diesel Technology. His diesel and natural gas career took off starting at Donald Engine in Vidalia, LA then to Louisiana CAT-Belle Chase, Louisiana CAT-Bossier, and Louisiana CAT-New Iberia under the direction of Charles "Bubba" Donald whom he considered not only a mentor and best friend but a father figure. After leaving Louisiana CAT he found his true calling as an Analyst at Enterprise Products in 2014 until his untimely passing. He loved his job and was passionate about "his girls" as he liked to call the engines he worked on. He had a knack for fixing things and helping others think outside the box and always telling them "don't put your blinders on". Oliver came into contact with so many people in the oil and gas industry and beyond, some becoming his best friends.
Oliver was very outgoing, so full of life and loved life. He loved traveling, canoeing, 4-wheeler riding. camping, watching football with family and friends, even if you weren't a Saints fan, fishing, and collecting vintage vehicles. He loved making people laugh, joking around, and helping anyone who needed help.
Oliver is predeceased by his biological father, Carroll "Yogi" Broussard, Onezine "Zorro" Credeur, Olivia Credeur, Early Credeur, Exalton Broussard and Leone Simon Broussard.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife of 27 years, Jessie, his boys as he liked to call them, Joshua Roberts and wife Kirsten of Haughton, LA and Colt Roberts of Princeton, LA; grandson, Aiden Williams; estranged children, Christian Credeur, Tiffany Credeur and grandchildren he never knew; mother, Dianna Credeur; sisters, Paula Thevis, Carla Arceneaux, Shera Broussard LaPoint, Linda Lee Staples, Vonda Doucet; brothers, Gerrard Credeur, Jason Broussard; mother, many nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and aunts. And of course, his best friends, friends, and co-workers.
Honorary pallbearers are Joshua Roberts, Colt Roberts, Bubba Donald, Joe Van Valkenburg, Robin White, Mike Orr, Mike Miller, Joe Filler, Cam McKnight and Aaron Youngblood.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Oliver's co-workers with Enterprise Inc. and Louisiana CAT.
A Celebration of Life for Oliver will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home beginning at 1:00pm.
