

Olivia was a faithful and dedicated employee of the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office for nearly 15 years. Following her retirement, she continued to serve her community as a cashier at Brookshire’s, where she enjoyed staying active and visiting with others. Olivia was known for her strong work ethic, kind heart, and deep love for her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Earl Ballard and Patricia Ann Ballard.
She is survived by her daughter, Lauren Moore, and husband Will Moore, and their children Riley, Kaicen, Jackson, Maverick, and Audrey Moore; her son, Robert Brian Hamiter, and wife Brittany Hamiter, and their child Brayden McCombs. She is also survived by her sisters, Marie Daigle and spouse, and Debbie Davis and spouse; and her brother, William Earl Ballard.
Olivia was a woman of faith who loved the Lord. She found peace in knowing that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Her legacy of love, service, and faith will continue to live on through her family and all who were blessed to know her.
A visitation for Olivia will be held Monday, December 22, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home, 601 Hwy 80 E., Haughton, Louisiana 71037. A celebration of life will immediately follow at 2:00 PM with Jay Valentine officiating.
Pallbearers will be Corey Pippenger, Mike Gibson, Jason Jenkins, Greg Barnard, Darren Kerry, and Will Moore. Honorary pallbearers will be Riley Moore, Kaicen Moore, Jackson Moore, Maverick Moore, Brayden McCombs, and Justen Taulbee.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office, the staff at Willis-Knighton Bossier, Bossier Parish EMS M2, Benton Fire, and Amedisys Home Health for their compassionate care and support.
