Roger Dale Hall, 55, was born in Bossier City, LA on January 20, 1966 and went to be with the Lord on March 8, 2021. Graveside services celebrating his life will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at Pease Cemetery in Haughton, LA. The family will receive friends prior to the service at 10:00 AM.
Roger was born and raised in Benton, LA. He was the Shop Foreman of Bossier Parish Police Jury and was set to retire in July. He lived life to the fullest. He never met a stranger and always had the biggest smile on his face. Everyone that knew him loved him! Roger had many hobbies including building his dream truck a 1972 Chevrolet and building their dream cabin in Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Sylvia Hall; bothers, Sammie and James; and sister, Alice Hall.
Roger is survived by his loving wife, Linda Hall of 35 years; daughters, Mandy Lindsey of Haughton, LA Crystal Harner and husband Brian of Benton, LA, Misti Plunkett and husband Bubba of Benton, LA; grandchildren, Madison and Chevy Lindsey , Gracen Myers, Jacob Plunkett, Cannon Harner; brothers, Ronnie Hall and wife Joy of Hot Springs, AR, Joe Hall and wife Carol of Blanchard, LA; sisters, Frances Edwards and husband Bill of Benton, LA, Peggy Barnes and husband Wayne of Benton, LA, Louann Croffoot and husband Tim of Bossier City, LA, and Betty Banes of Olla, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers for Roger will be Mark Coutee, Chris Williams “Fatboy”, Bubba Plunkett, Daryl Lewis, Denny Lindsey and Blake Shamsie. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bubba Cook, Joe Emerson, Chris Wilkinson, Mark Headrick, Glenn Draper.
The family would like to thank everyone for their kind words, thoughts, and prayers during this difficult time. Roger and Linda were true soul mates and loved each other deeply. He was the best Daddy and an amazing Papaw! We love and miss him so much already!
