

BOSSIER CITY LA – - Mass of Christian Burial services for Thomas Deville, 82, will be held on Monday September 10, 2012 at Christ the King Catholic Church with Fr. Charles Glorioso officiating. Interment will follow in Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will be receiving visitors from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday with a vigil service starting at 7:00 p.m. at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel.
Thomas was born on August 15, 1930 in Orange Texas to the parents of Kenny Deville and Evelyn Corner Deville and passed away on September 6, 2012 after a brief stay in the hospital. He retired from the United States Air Force after proudly serving 26 years. Thomas was a veteran of the Korean and Viet Nam wars. After retiring from the United States Air Force, he started his new career with the United States Postal service. Thomas enjoyed life, playing golf, building models of aircraft he was associated with in the Air Force, working outside, picking pecans and enjoying his children and grandchildren.
Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Jessie Deville and Jimmy Deville.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Loretta Deville; sons, Thomas Deville Jr. and wife Elise, Danny Deville and wife Regina, Randy Deville and wife Cindy; daughters, Cindy Peterson and husband Craig; Rhonda Vieira and husband Chris, Rebecca Bebow and husband Jack. Thomas also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
