A celebration of life for Tina Armenio-Boyter will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with Msgr. Earl Provenza officiating. Interment will follow at Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, January 20, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. She went peacefully to her Lord and Savior’s arms on January 15, 2022.
Tina was born in Shreveport, LA to Anthony (Tony) and Maureen Armenio on October 31, 1955. Tina had a zest for life that was contagious. Anyone lucky enough to know her could see that she loved people and had an amazing relationship with her Savior, Jesus Christ. Her favorite comment about her Jesus was, “He understands me.”
Tina is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Joey Armenio.
She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years Stuart; nephews, Sam, Michael, and AJ Armenio; niece, Jentrie; (second brother), Ernest Palmisano; fur babies, Bobo, Milo and Lei; and a host of special friends, Kim, Danette, Sue, Teri, Julie and Jolinda.
Honoring Tina as pallbearers will be Sam Armenio, Michael Armenio, Kyle Yonker, Scott Yonker, Austin Askew and Keith Vosbury. Honorary pallbearers are Johnnie Estess, Troy Yonker, Dr. John Brady, Ernest Palmisano and Michael White.
The family would like to express a sincere thank you to WKMC, Stat Home Health, and St. Joseph Hospice for their care and concern during Tina’s illness. A special thank you goes to Kim & Troy Yonker for all the love and support you have shown for Tina and her family. Thank you also goes to: Johnnie & Sue, Michael & Danette, Teri, Jolinda, and Julie for your caring and long hours of support, food, and having someone to talk with.
Tina had a love for animals that was second to none. It did not matter where the animal came from, if it had a problem, she was right there to help with whatever they needed. She always said, God gave her four legged kids to take care of.
