SHREVEPORT, LA – Services for William Travis Thornton will be held Graveside at Hill Crest Memorial Park on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation for friends and family will be Wednesday, December 11, 2013 from 6:30 until 8:30 at Hill Crest Memorial Funeral Home.
Travis was born in Houston, Texas on August 19, 1981. He was a graduate of Airline High School. He was a loving father, son and brother.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Edgar Alvin Hill. He is survived by his son Carter Thornton, daughter Ryleigh Thornton Stewart, father Douglas Thornton, mother Melody Thornton Remone and husband Bryan Remone, brothers John Robert Thornton and Andrew Grant Thornton, step-brother Jim Thornton, grandmother Reba Hill Young, also an aunt, uncle and several cousins.
