Troy was born on April 18, 1972 in Landstuhl, Germany and passed away surrounded by his loving family on February 19, 2015 in Bossier City, Louisiana. He was a proud member of Kappa Sig and a Huge Duke fan. He was a loving father and a friend to all that knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle Strain; his loving daughter, Savannah Strain, parents Jimmy and Olivia Strain; uncle, Ben Baw; Aunts Beverly Sandidge and Millie Love; nieces Madison Loe and Charlie Hubbell; nephews, Conner Loe and Grayson Hubbell, a host of cousins and family, as well as many fraternity brothers, and friends.
