Virginia Jo Chapman

Services celebrating the life of Virginia Jo Chapman will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Hill Crest Funeral Home. Pastor Tim Dye of Freedom Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will follow in the park.

Pallbearers will be Maxie Kitchings, Jr., Mike Seale, Matthew Seale, Michael Connell, Al Bohl and Phil Noyes. Honorary pallbearers are Garrett Kitchings and Bill Chapman.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Golden Ford, Sr. and Ida Mae Miller Ford; her brothers, Clyde Ford and Golden Ford, Jr. and her husband William Vernon Chapman, Sr.

She is survived by her children, Bill Chapman and wife Joyce, Cheryl and husband Maxie Kitchings, Jr., Mary and husband Paul Michael Seale; sisters, Margie and husband Joe Anderson, Lela and husband Jim Oliver and sister-in-law, Clarese Ford.

Also left to cherish her memory are her grandchildren, Matthew Seale and wife Emily, Jennifer and husband Michael Connell, Kendra Wheeler and husband Chris, Krista Iadarola and husband Dave, Katie Jo Kitchings, Garrett Kitchings and Emma Kitchings. Great-grandchildren left behind are Mallory Kelly, Abby Wheeler, Zoe Wheeler, Ella Seale, Esther Seale and Savannah Connell.
