He then formed WDS, INC., and worked as a contract right-of-way buyer until 1996. Don was a loyal member of Broadmoor United Methodist Church and served in various capacities. Don was a true outdoorsman. He enjoyed backpacking, swimming, SCUBA diving and bicycling. He also enjoyed spoiling his granddaughter; Crystal Sibley Nattin, and later his great grandchildren: Dylan, Austin and Alanea. Don truly cared about people. During his retirement Don helped serve Meals On Wheels and traveled with the storm relief team for Methodist Men.
