Barry's family, I am so very sorry for your loss.

You were a good friend, Barry—smart and interesting. You cared and always listened. I miss you.

Barry and I have been working and personal friends for over 35 years. Even after our time at Telenex/GSN/INRANGE/SPX we stayed in contact with quarterly lunches since then, for over 20 years. Now that's a friendship worth sharing. We were accompanied with two other co-workers, Don & Harry for many of those years.  

Barry is not only a friend, but an excellent human being, as he always took the time to ask about others, and offer his help or assistance in any way he could. HE WILL BE SORELY MISSED BY ANYONE WHO CAME IN CONTACT WITH HIM.

Barry and I were friends for close to 50 years. He worked with my husband Harvey Sloan in the early years.. I will miss Barry’s intelligence and caring. He asked questions and listened to the answers. Believe it or not, I’ll also miss his terrible puns. It’s sad that Barry has left this earth, but good that he’s no longer suffering physical and emotional pain. I loved Barry.

My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Barry.  Barry was my first boss when I worked for him in the summers and breaks during college 45 years ago. Throughout the years I enjoyed our lunches and phone conversations to catch up. Barry was a huge influence and I appreciated his guidance when I started my career and throughout life. I treasured my friendship with Barry. I last spoke to Barry when he was in Laurelbrook and couldn’t visit at the time as my father was very sick and he passed on 1/5. The last couple of years have been difficult for Barry and I pray he’s at peace now.  God bless you Barry, I will miss you. Mary Tandourjian

So very sorry to lose Barry.  His later years have been difficult, but he was always one to use a pun to cheer you up, always wanted to stay in touch, and had friends throughout his life.  He remembered all the people close to you as if they were his family and friends, and he will be missed by everyone who knew him.  Thanks for your friendship Barry, we will miss you.

So sorry to hear of Barry's passing, and want to express my heartfelt sympathy.  
I worked with Barry for many years and remained in contact for several more.  He was a kind, generous person and will be missed.  I feel privileged to have counted Barry as a friend.
