

Eunice was born on the family farm on July 31, 1913 in Clinton Township, Barron County, WI the daughter of Ingart & Albina (Polmquest) Olson. She was raised on the farm and worked hard with her five siblings. Eunice moved to St. Paul, MN and began work with Avon products and then Schunaman’s and Dayton’s Department stores where she rose to the level of Department Manager of House Wares. Eunice married Arnold Odegard in August of 1957 in Iowa. Together they moved to Hayward, WI where they built their retirement home.
She enjoyed canning, ironing, crocheting, knitting, gardening, and being outdoors. Her grandchildren loved to spend time with her.
Eunice was past president of the Dorcas Society, and a member of the Radisson Evangelical Free Church and its choir.
Among those who survive and gratefully shared her life are her children: JoAnn Jensen, Phyllis (Ernest) Finseth, Roger Bach, Warren (Marlene) Bach, LeRoy (Jean) Bach, nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter; three sisters and two brothers.
