Ann Elizabeth Paquette, age 74 of Sun City, California entered eternal life on Thursday, October 18, 2012. She entered life Saturday, March 5, 1938 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of the late John Paquette and the late Lena Robbins Paquette.
Surviving are 2 sons, David Michael Formanek and his wife, Susan and Daniel Eugene Formanek and his wife, Kristen; 2 daughters, Cheryl Anthony and her husband, Steven and Gale A. Formanek; 3 brothers, Howard Paquette, Anthony Paquette and Roger Paquette and his wife, Sharon; 3 sisters, Dorothy Ranger, Darlene Paquette and Mary Warrick.
