She met her beloved husband, Charles A. Savant (Chuck) at age 16. They were married on June 17, 1950. They raised their family of five boys in Whittier, CA.
She was a strong woman of faith and a longtime member of both St. Bruno Catholic Church in Whittier, where she was a member of the choir, and St. Catherine of Alexandria Church in Temecula. She served as a Eucharistic Minister.
