Born Tuesday, December 5, 1922 in Flint, Michigan. He was the loving husband of Fran Jasinski. He also leaves behind daughters; Annette Westling, Marilyn Coopestein, sons; Robert Wehrhan and Charles Wehrhan, sisters; Delphine Gasperosky and Helen Davis, 22 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren also Fran's daughters, Karen Menaugh and Janet Davidson. Ben was a volunteer personified, a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and great grandfather. He served in World War II in the Navy aboard the Lunga Point. He belonged to Knights of Columbus and VFW. He also volunteered at the hospital and was a Eucharistic Minister. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
