Bobby Ray Roberson

He was born Saturday, November 9, 1940 in Arcadia, Louisiana; he was the son of the late Clayton Roberson and the late Daisy Henderson Roberson. Bobby moved to California in the late 1970s where he met and married Bertha M., and to this union a daughter Bobbie Rae Roberson was born; both reside in Moreno Valley, California.

Bobby Ray liked to go fishing and watch old westerns on TV. His family remembers him as being feisty at times but mostly remembers him as someone who loved his family above all else. All who knew him will miss him.

Surviving sons: Bobby Dwayne Roberson, David Anthony Roberson, and Vernicle Ray Roberson of Smyrna, Georgia. Surviving daughters: Felicia Michelle Roberson (Thompson) of Marietta, Georgia, Lynette Marie Trotter and Bobbie Rae Roberson of Moreno Valley, California. Surviving brothers: Winford Roberson of California. Surviving sisters: Mae Jewel Thompson, Minnie Callahan of Texas, Lily Mae Davis, Thelma Marie Bobb, Barbara Diane Gombossy of Louisiana, Irma Jean Davis of California.

A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday April 28, 2014 at Miller-Jones Moreno Valley location at 23618 Sunnymead Blvd., Moreno Valley, California 92553
