Carl "Bob" Loyal Carlson, age 90, of Hemet, CA, for 19 years passed away Saturday, April 9, 2011, at his residence. Bob was born March 25, 1921 in Chicago Illinois; he was the son of the late Gunnard Carlson and the late Hildegar (Malmquist) Carlson. Bob served our country proudly in the Army during WWII. Bob was a loving, caring, devoted husband and dad, a true family man. He enjoyed golf, traveling and the ocean. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 67 years Shirley Mae (Leuffgew) Carlson. His is survived by his son Ron W. Carlson of Corona, CA; one daughter Beverly Jean Carlson, Laguna Woods, CA six grand children and nine great-grand children. Arrangements are being handled by Miller-Jones Mortuary & Crematory in Hemet; 1501 W. Florida Avenue, Hemet CA Interment will be privately at Riverside National Cemetery.
