Carolyn Sue Reynolds Lewallen (Sue Baby), 67, passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. Born on April 10, 1957 in Downey, California, Sue lived a life of love, kindness and dedication to family. She was known for her kindness, generosity and hospitality. She was a giver. She loved to cook and host family and friends at her house.
Sue met the love of her life Rick Reynolds in 1976 and they married in February of 1977 and had three children, Jason, Millissa and Jeremiah. They were happily married until 1998 when Rick passed away. She was blessed to find love again and married Will Lewallen in 2000. Twice widowed, Will passed away in 2013.
In her younger years. Sue worked in food service at Del Taco then as a waitress at different restaurants. Her favorite job was being a stay at home mom for many years. After her kids were grown, she started a career as a Business Office Manager at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital in Banning until she had to retire due to medical reasons. In her retirement years, she enjoyed traveling and spending as much time with her family as possible.
Sue is survived by her sisters Ruth Rundlett(Doug) and Brenda Prutch(Bobby), her children Jason Reynolds (Alicia Reynolds), Millissa Reynolds and Jeremiah Reynolds(Maria Sotelo), her stepsons William Lewallen(Romyl Moleno)and Christopher Lewallen, her stepdaughter Marcia Lewallen, her grandchildren Andrew Reynolds, Jaslin Reynolds, Riah Rodriguez(Juan Rodriguez), Riley Lewallen, Joshua Reynolds, Angel Cervantes, Alexus Elder, Jasmine Burke(Fernando Tarelo), Savannah Lewallen, Xavier Cervantes, Sebastian Reynolds, Ricky Reynolds, and Leilani Reynolds, her great grandchildren Mia, Ameliah, Evette, Adalina, Zailynn and Damien and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Betty Morrow, her first husband Rick Reynolds and her late husband Will Lewalllen.
A graveside service for Carolyn will be held Friday, April 11, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518.
