Catherine Brown

Born Tuesday, August 16, 1932 in St. George, Utah, she was the daughter of the late Albert Fawcett and the late Leonora Fawcett. She was the wife of Roy Brown, whom she was married to for 69 years.

Catherine was very family oriented and was a devoted wife and mother. She was involved in youth programs at her church, the scouts and little league. Catherine and her husband, Roy, enjoyed travelling, sightseeing and going camping.

Surviving are husband, Roy Brown, sons, Roy Brown, Jr., Thomas Brown, Robert Brown, John Brown, Perry Brown and Michael Brown, daughters, Cathy Nilson and Barbara Van Goethen, brothers, Kenneth Fawcett and Edward Fawcett, sisters, Norene Taylor and Mary Jo Pennington; 33 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren

The family will receive friends at a visitation from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Days Saints, 1151 Park Street, San Jacinto, California. A funeral service will follow the visitation at the church at 10 AM.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 27 at 12:30 PM at the Montecito Memorial Park, 3520 East Washington Street, Colton, CA.

Interment will be in Montecito Memorial Park, Colton, CA.
